Recently bought a new car. Sales Consultant Zane was extremely helpful - kept in touch and kept me updated whilst I was waiting for the new car to arrive. Overall it was such a pleasant experience liaising with Zane. Also Bruce, Business Manager, can't thank you enough for your assistance throughout the purchase process. Both Zane and Bruce made me feel welcome and were extremely helpful from the moment I went into the shop and started communicating with them both. Thank you team!
Great service and friendly, knowledgeable staff. We purchased a second hand Kia in mint condition, well presented, and the deal was conducted professionally and courteously. Five stars!
Had our 1st year’s service carried out for our 2021 Kia Seltos. Very well done in that we were reminded by text and email , had a loan car which I collected just after 7am very much appreciated for working people and the Kia was cleaned inside and out before we collected it. So easy and worry free. Thanks to all the service staff including the polite receptionists.

I recently bought a Toyota Corolla from Giltrap North Shore. From the moment I walked in to the moment the car was delivered my barrage of questions was answered and everything I requested was adhered to I'm sure if I had requested a jar of just blue M&M's that would have been fulfilled too, Giltrap North Shore also did a few extras that they went above and beyond to make me a very happy customer. The icing on the cake was getting a full tank of gas when the car arrived. They say the devil is in the detail and the detailing inside and out was top notch. No cup holder left unturned. Excellent communication, friendly and knowledgeable service from my rep Cal Webster.
