Took my Mazda Demio in for the airbag replacement, the guys were really friendly and took care of me right away. Allowed me to leave it there and pick it up on my lunch break. Great customer service. I highly recommend.

I have had my car serviced with North Harbour Mazda twice now and they continue to impress me. Very friendly staff, easy online booking system and I even was given a nice, near new Mazda for a loan car. Thanks to the team for your help!

No diagnosing capabilities at all. Something needs to be snapped in half so they can find it. They'll replace parts with or without need and if it doesn't resolve the problem they'll refuse to look further, although they too see that the problem is still there. Edit: It turns out that something was actually snapped in half and they still didn't find it. Obviously buying some tools doesn't make you a mechanic.
