2 Cheap Cars

Honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They don’t help, they’re so rude and just sit there on their phones all day. 2cheapcars Wairau you need to get some new staff to you’ll probably make more business! Just my personal opinion.

They don’t care about your safety. All they do is “sell” All sorts of faulty cars I don’t normally write review when it comes to negative cause it don’t do anything about what’s already happened BUT I really had to, for those people who might consider getting cars here. I do not recommend getting the car here unless you don’t mind getting all the gear replaced which would cost tons and waste times ( which I’m facing with) I wouldn’t even rate them one star but zero.

I bought my first car here and I had the worst experience. My car engine was turned off in the middle of motorway but they never refunded. After it happened again, however, they still asked to fix the car. Thanks to God, I'm still alive but I drive that car everyday with fear for crash. You can argue any trouble you have with them but their customer service will repeat what they're taught like a voice recording service. I strongly recommend "Too Cheap Cars" if you have enough time to visit vehicle garage or be ready to hire a lawyer for refund.

Friendly staff. Would suggest put petrol in your vehicles. A valet would be a good idea. Otherwise recommend.

Bought our Nissan Bluebird from here. Great customer service. Hassle free experience. They even sent us a 300$ discount voucher to share with any of our friends after our purchase.
