Went the extra mile to get me Glerups in my size, received them quickly and the staff are super friendly.
Great place for interior designs simple and clean. We had an attic space that needed a wardrobe and had narrow entrance so having flat packed drawers was great for access. Wardrobe hanging space was also matching which looked great installed. Still need to paint walls Had to cut down the uprights to fit our purpose which wasnt hard. Very satisfied with service and communication. Thanks will be in again.

What a wonderful shop with great staff. My husband and I bought the beautiful Glenrup Slippers but after wearing mine at home for a couple of hours, I realised that I had the wrong size. A phone call to Berenice at the store, put my mind at rest. I was able to swap them for a bigger size and with the addition of insoles, they were a perfect fit. All the staff were so friendly and obliging.
Amazing service from a lovely young lady, showed me right to the Glerups. Store was laid out nicely and was tidy. Would recommend a look here!
Am amazed how easy it was to exchange some Glerups that when I got home one was extremely tight.....a phone call later and all sorted.....just wonderful service.....thanks girls....
I am so blown away by the service provided by Nordic Chill. I requested for them to order in 2 ikea junior beds at the beginning of the year from overseas and they did exactly that for me, and delivered it to my house in Nelson for free! So thankful for their amazing service and the best IKEA stockist I've personally dealt with in NZ : Thanks Nordic Chill!
Just got my delivery of IKEA Kallax Shelving today. Price was comparable to other cube bookshelves on the market. Love that this can be placed vertical or horizontal! Your free delivery within Christchurch is great, I would've struggled to get it in my car. Thanks!
