This is the third time I have had to deal with staff who either tell lies or are so rude or incompetent that I have given up. Today I was sent by staff to search in 5 different isles for an item they didn't even sell.  After trying to explain to the two girls what a thermometer was, I decided I won't be going back because last time it was over a vacuum cleaner that was used for 12 minutes and it stopped working and I had to fight for a refund. Shameful.

Such a lovely saleswoman, who changed my incorrectly chosen by me, item. Always good staff at Briscoes. They choose and train them well.

Fix your hours. Just wasted a good half an hour coming to your store as listed till 9pm. You guys close at six. C'mon this is easy stuff guys

Had a one day deal going on in store, so got an immediate discount I didn't know I would,  amazing customer service, friendly at inviting place to shop.

Attention Store Manager, your staff needs training! No hello, no smiles or acknowledgments of customers. No thank you after purchase. Come on, do better. Unacceptable.
