If I could give this store less than one star I would. I placed a click and collect order 8 days ago, all of the items were displayed as in stock at this location. I got an email saying some of my items were ready to collect so I did after about 2 days of placing my order. I am still waiting for the rest to be ready 8 days later. I have tried to call the store phone and have sat on hold for 15+ minutes with no answer from anybody, it’s very frustrating.

Great store, very tidy and inviting. The store was busy post Christmas but they had a good number of cashiers on and were getting through the line fast. Asked about a product and they found it out the back easily enough. I appreciated the young man who carried it to my car for me.

Couple of days ago, I visited the store intending to buy something else but noticed a part of outdoor furniture matching my set was on clearance. I thought it’d be great to purchase it to replace my worn pillows, so I asked a staff member if this was possible. He took me to the manager, who suggested we check with a woman who seemed to be either the manager or duty manager. She responded abruptly without looking at me, dismissing the idea without any explanation.nnLater, I politely approached her again, explaining I wanted to buy the entire set but could only take part of it with me due to space in my car. I asked if I could pick up the remaining items later. She refused, stating everything had to be taken by the end of the day, despite my explanation about needing to pick up my child and the inconvenience of returning that day. Her attitude remained rude and dismissive, repeatedly answering “no” to any request or solution I suggested.nnThe lack of courtesy and unwillingness to help was disappointing, especially as I am a returning customer and was genuinely willing to work with store policies. I won’t be returning to this store, as I’ve received much better customer service at other locations. I hope Briscoes takes note of these reviews to ensure their managers lead with customer service and professionalism.

This place is so big with so many variations of similar items. I found it hard to find exactly what I wanted.  There were not enough staff to help

The staff here are simply amazing. Everytime they are so friendly and helpful. One staff has helped me pick out sheets and recently a vase. She's just always a pleasure to ask for help and is my go to person. Please keep up the great work!
