I’m so thrilled with the squabs I ordered for my window seat. They have been made to such a high quality and the measurements are exactly as I ordered. They fit perfectly! Suz and the team are so helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Now I’m looking forward to getting my blinds.
I phoned to get help ordering sheep skins as the colour is different for each one. Tracey helped me and sent photos of several to choose from. She was very quick at responding and was super helpful for my choosing delima. She also sent me some fabric samples. I often order on line I love bolt of cloth, but it was also great to get fabulous set ivy ordering over the phone
Expensive products but well worth the money. Better service online than in person. When we went to the shop, the ship woman was more interested in her phonecall than in customers. Online works well and the packages arrive well- packed and promptly.

I order online and get my packages swiftly and nicely packaged. Never had to return anything- but have a feeling even that will go smoothly with a well run company like this.
Spoilt for choice, fabrics for cushions, curtains and blinds, as well as ready made cushion covers, had so many 'likes' had trouble picking just the right fabric, spent ages there. Will be back with plenty of time to spare
