Ur big hardware store. Anything thing u wish to buy would be there. They advertise themselves they offer the lowest prices but I dnt know if that is always the case. But if it is, then that is cool. Have house heaters, gardening stuff, paints, even some car care products etc too. Have got onsite parking as it is located in a shopping complex.
Love going here. My girls also got spoiled with brick sets on their way out of the store. Pure joy.
First class service in this branch. Very friendly and helpful lady in the plant area - she offered to take my trolley and give me a hand to load my plants in the car...highly recommend this branch.
Went in to buy an extractor for over the hobs in the kitchen, one lady was particularly helpful, the younger of the two. Sadly though I wasn't offered any help with getting the item to check out, so carried it the whole way, luckily although large it wasn't too heavy.
Why put someone on the information desk who doesn't want to help? 30 Nov 22 waiting to talk to young man on info counter about cork tiles. Queued behind a customer near the entrance when info counter guy abruptly tells us to queue in front of him. When my turn he equally abruptly tells me 'personally I don't know anything about cork tiles so can't help you'. It took some bargaining to even get him to ask another staff member to come and tell me about whether more cork tiles in stock and what adhesive needed. The young guy on info counter maintained this attitude throughout, never softened. Truly remarkable stamina in not a good way. Remarkable also he ends up manning the info counter with such an unhelpful personality.
I have constantly been disappointed with my ‘Power Pass’ at Bunnings. It’s meant to be a trade/loyalty card but it seems useless when it comes to actually giving any discounts. Today I tried using it and it literally made my $350 purchase ‘2c’ more expensive - Go figure??!!!
Went for some irrigation items. The display seemed a bit disjointed but got great help to find what I wanted. Prices were good as well.
It's really sad that your website says you have it in stock to find that I've wasted my time and fuel to find out you don't have it. You don't answer your phones when you say to call in a couple of days to see if what I want is in stock. Then also charge $150 for delivery and not have click and collect as an option. Very poor service and unfortunately it's not just this store, but every single one in Christchurch.
31/Dec/2022. No one helps. Neither the manager nor the information desk person tried to find someone to help with what I needed to buy. Though, they kept me waiting for almost half an hour. If you don’t wanna help, just say it. Why keep people waiting? This is my last time in Bunnings Tower Junction. Off to Mitre 10.
Went through 5 staff to try and find a lid for a xmas tree container that was on display 20mins later noone could find them. More training is needed for the staff on above and beyond customer service is needed.
