Cemento 1m Outdoor Table: Looks Great, But... the Acrylic Coating Peels. I purchased one of these tables in September 2019. It has always been covered in the Autumn and Winter and used in the Summer. The acrylic coating on the top has peeled off leaving unsightly patches. I wouldn't recommend it.
Incredibly poor service and even the owner, Cliff, not interested in resolving the issue. Bought a fireplace from these people in July thinking we would collect within the month. Unfortunately our renovations were delayed and didn't need it until November. Contacted Jesse mid October to arrange collection and he said we hadn't paid for it and needed to supply proof. Thankfully I had the receipt but it took a week for them to acknowledge I had paid - I had to do the chasing. The fireplace was ordered and I asked if they could arrange delivery and how much it would cost. I was advised around $80. I asked for delivery to be 15 November to which Jesse said yes and he would get back to me on 14th Nov to let me know a time. I emailed the Wednesday prior to confirm delivery for the Monday 15th and was emailed back saying it would be Wednesday 17th Nov. As we arranged for the fire to be installed on Tuesday 16th that was too late. Without me confirming the fire arrived on Saturday morning at 8:30 am. The fire was delivered by Jesse however getting it to our front door proved too difficult for him and he left it in the middle of our path to the house. I phoned the store and spoke to the owner, Cliff. He got Jesse on the phone who we spoke to but he was more interested in telling us how great he was, that he never had any complaints, and we were being unreasonable asking him to bring it to our door. I will never purchase from this company again and if you choose to ensure you keep a receipt because they don't seem to keep records; collect the item yourself and if you arrange delivery, ensure it's via a professional delivery company who wont throw their toys out of their cot because the location of your house isn't "easy".
I ordered two son lounges in early November and was told they had six in stock in Nelson the maximum time they would take to arrive in Christchurch was six weeks. I heard nothing from Cliffys and fed up At Their lack of communication The week before Christmas i went into the store; The store manager Jessie told me they were still on a. ship waiting to be unloaded in Auckland! what happened to the six in Nelson? Jesse promised me he would call me back that day to let me know when they would be unloaded and delivered to me. I did not hear back from him. went into the store again on Monday To discuss the matter with Jesse who surprise surprise was now on holiday! The other staff who were trying to help me said they had discovered two weeks ago there was a problem with my order and suggested he call me ;he never did. I have still had no apology from this company and will never shop there again.
You would be silly not to visit for all your BBQ needs for the summer, Myself and my partner went in and were helped by a young worker there named Nathan. He was extremely knowledgeable in every BBQ they had on the shop floor taking us through from the family Q all the way to a big genesis BBQ and answered all our questions without fault. Only thing I can fault him on is his cooking, he seemed only able to make well done steaks!! But great job from the weber team over all
Webers are great and they sell webers but it is missleading to say they are a webber store. Warrenty or damage enquiries get you a card and a direction to call/email weber no in store help. Note when you call weber the support is awesoms my point is just buy your webber at bunnings and save a bit.
Prior to purchase i would have given 4 Seasons a 5/5 as the knowledge they were really good and i ended up purchasing a Capella spa for $11k which was showing as being in stock at the time of purchase. This is the first time i have purchased a spa and really wanted to ensure that i purchased from a good retailer. It went downhill quickly after the purchase and I had to chase the store to get a delivery date on more than one occasion, the spa was eventually delivered and put in place only to find out afterwards that the feet for the lid lifter needed to be put in place prior to filling with so now i have a lid lifter that i cannot use as i cannot get the feet under the spa unless i have something called a spa wedge. I was going to let the team know of the issues that i have encountered when i received my after sale call to ask if i was happy with my purchase but guess what??? No call. 5/5 Stars pre purchase, 2/5 post purchase. Highly disappointed. Pre sale, After Sale , communication between the store, delivery team and customer is critical for success of any business.
I have booked and given deposit for the Electric fireplace in August and their staffJamie Van confirmed that I can pick it up anytime. When I went last week to pick it up then he was so rude and said they don't have any supply available. After an argument, he agreed to get a supply available by Friday. One of the staffAndy tried to resolve it and committed to get it delivered on site, but nothing been delivered by end of the Friday. We tried to contact them on call, where no one answered our call. On Saturday, I went with my 2 kids and wife to their store to get update. Their Store owner was there and asked us to wait so they can check the supply availability. After few minutes they brought the product and asked us to pick it up. When we ask them to get it delivered then Jamie didn't even came into conversation as pretending to be busy with some other customer. The Employer himself was so rude and he said we need to pick it up or else we can get our refund back after awaiting for 3 long months. When I ask him to speak properly, he didn't care and went away in the store. Ridiculous customer handling and not going to buy something from them in future.

WOW! We came in on Saturday, sorry didnt get the young lads name ... BUT ... Customer Service tick,tick,tick, Product Knowledge tick,tick tick, walked out with Weber BBQ, plus all accessories recommended! This was the quickest, easiest purchase plus gave us a 7.5% discount on the accessories. Awesome Staff Member, please pass on our feedback he is an asset to your team. :-
DON'T GO, totally waste time and money in this shop. The worst experience ever. The attitude from the ownerYes OWNER is so rude. After delayed for three times in two months, the final response from the OWNER is: I don't know what happened, the staff served you not here today. Here is your deposit refund, bye. I got lot of furnitures arrival delays from other shops, but this shop is the worst experience I have got how they response clients about delays. BigSave delayed my order three months, but their attitude is totally acceptable.
