I have just bought a 3 piece suite from Big Save, Christchurch.  I bought it on the Wednesday and it was delivered _ well wrapped in plastic sheet on the Thursday, just the day after buying it ! 
The service in The Store was excellent and the two delivery people, a young lady and a young woman were also.  They gave me good notice of when they would arrive, carried it carefully through awkward doors and unwrapped it all for me to check.  My thanks to all of you.

The products are decent and have good prices. The problem is that I bought a lift bed and paid 70 dollars for it's delivery and it was not assembled! Are you kidding me?? I asked the salesman about it and he said it would be assembled. When I called back they said that they do assemble beds but that would be charged separately and it wasn't in my case. I had noticed in the store that salesmen there compete for each other clients too. Very bad service!

Absolutely shameful treatment of my parents, who are still waiting for dining suite that was originally ordered in January.  They do not respond to calls, messages, emails or anything.  Next step is Fair Go for some national TV exposure, possibly even court to recover their money paid.  Disgusting service and fraudulent behaviour,

Arrived to find bed that had been pre arranged for pick up wasn't available. Manager implied we had made an error...when in fact our son had been promised something that wasn't available.  We were offered various other options, but all more expensive (of course). Finally after starting a refund process and leaving to shop elsewhere, manager phoned to offer a double bed at same price as competitor.. still more expensive than original bed purchased. We took offered bed ( at price offered) but won't shop there again
