A Big Shout Out to the manager and two of his staff at the Owens Place branch in Mount Maunganui. Today I went in to ask for help with a technical issue on my iPhone. All three of the staff were extremely helpful to me and persevered to solve my problem. Thank you very much.

Not happy with there customer experience, i pre ordered my iphone on 15th of September that supposed to come on 22nd of September then i got another mail your iphone coming on 26th of September, i call them on 26 they said it’s out of stock, that didn’t make any sense of i ordered while the phone was in stock, they give my phone to someone else.

Their service is very bad. Our fridge was stop cooling when we complained technician came after 3 days meantime our food get spoiled when i talked to their team they said we can claim your spoil food. But they declined our claim and give  us a silly reason. Not happy with their service.

For a shop with plenty of staff, i wondered around the store yet no one bothered to ask if I needed assistance

Only complaint is to get to the Technical department, you have to walk Miles through the Furniture department. If you have restricted mobility, don't bother.
