Super busy on a late night, so took ages to get a Sales Rep. Took well over 20mins to nab someone. Even though they were flat out, I got smashing service from a young guy who was thorough and answered all my annoying questions. Super knowledgeable and even knocked an extra $25 off the discounted sale price to seal the deal! Couldn't pass that up! Super happy with my Purchase. Sale Price was already far better then the other Tech Giants, and the extra discount was so appreciated. Keep up the good work Bayfair JB Hifi Team!

Love the choice and variety of products from top end phones to a massive selection of Vinyl records. The staff are also super knowledgeable too. Keep it up JB

Click and collect - ordered the evening before - available next morning. All the staff were polite and extremely helpful. Positively memorable consumer experience.

The place is nice but their music area is so focused on English songs I would love to see more kpop bts and backpink isn't the only groups me and other kpop lovers deserve more from this place I'm very disappointed especially with the prices 89 dollars for a album that has a cd , pc , and photo book . Jbhifi bayfair please do better.

I went in to buy a charger for my cellphone. I  asked a staff member if they had chargers and was told that they would get a staff member to help me. No-one came so I looked for myself until I saw a staff member and asked them. They found the right one and I went to the counter to pay for it. I wasn't happy about being left to wait.

A solid electronics shop with decent prices. The store's employees have good knowledge on the products too which helps to make a decision on what to purchase.

Lots of tvs, but in the 50+ size, it's either expensive or cheap with a tarnished reputation overseas. Part Smart is not good enough. Staff were friendly though.

Rammed full of goods and well organized by types so you shouldn't have a problem navigating. I liked my trip there, would go again.

Very helpful salesmen, they seemed genuine and honest, not pushy.  We went in to purchase the latest iPhone and this seemed to be the only store in Bayfair that had any stock.

Have always had great service here.  Staff are friendly and whenever I've had an issue with a product they have resolved it on the sport.
