What a lovely experience we had, Sunday 19/10/2025, at JB Hi-Fi Bayfair. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the friendly security guard and a staff member at the door. Throughout our visit, staff came up to check if we needed help, and those behind the counter were just as welcoming. Honestly, every single team member on the floor was friendly, laughing, and joking with customers—it gave the store such a fun, positive vibe!nnThe staff member who helped us with our purchase was just as amazing. Even when we asked to price match something, he stayed friendly, super helpful, and gave us awesome service. My family and I left feeling great, and we were still talking about it all the way home.nnWell done, JB Hi-Fi Bayfair—awesome work!
I purchased a Lenovo laptop a couple of weeks ago from JB Hi-Fi Bayfair. The service I received from the young salesman Dewald was impeccable friendly professional service. Definitely recommend popping into JB if you happen to be at The Mall. They often have good sales on! I enjoy browsing around without making a purchase. 10/10 for the fantastic service
Bought a smart phone case click and collect. When I got it, the tabs sealing the box were cut. Was told it was new so should be fine. They spent 20 minutes searching the store for another, without any luck, so told me that was the only one. Requested a refund as the box was open and lining paper inside creased - almost as if was a returned item.nSenior staff member was arrogant and unhelpful. Wondering if the store has new management as in the past staff were friendly and helpful.
Huge thanks to all the staff at JB Hi-Fi! Everyone was so helpful and incredibly patient while we sorted out our insurance and searched for a receipt. They went above and beyond to make the process as stress-free as possible. Really appreciate the great service and friendly support — it made a big difference! Nga Mihi
