Waylon and Shelly are both friendly, extremely helpful and provide an excellent customer service! The build quality and repair work is simply outstanding. Waylon has set up guitars exactly to my playing style and my guitars have never sounded better ! His pedals are extremely diverse and versatile. Waylon's the go to man for a lot of us musicians around Bay Of Plenty for repairs and pedal work.  Not only is his work is top level, the communication is excellent, and timeliness is bang on!!  He has fixed 2 of my basses and set up 2 others as well.  The work was flawless!  Definitely recommend to anyone who requires expert repairs and custom pedals made.  Cheers!

This awsome company has supported our 8 year old inspired guitar playing son by gifting them a beautiful wah pedal and the build quality is 2nd to no amazing 5 star all the way u guys are the best highly recommended for all your guitar needs thanks again McPherson

The first time was an ear saving amp mod... excellent prompt service and very reasonably priced! Second time I bought the new Evolution OD pedal... them tones so tasty.  Third time kinda counts - picked up a second hand Antique OD from someone silly enough to sell one.  Not the current version but still a great pedal! Five thumbs up.

Excellent service and excellent products. Friendly and knowledgeable. Handmade gear at competitive prices. As well as having my guitar modified, I use a McPherson Rogue boost pedal, the best bit of gear in the world if you already like the sound of your guitar and amp. Mr B - guitar/vocals.
