Did a good job finding out that my problem for my note pad not charging was that my charger for some reason could not recharge the notepad. I had tried 2 chargers and different power points. Was a bit puzzled that was charged $155 when I think it was only plugged in to their fast charger to check if it was a battery problem. The fast charger charged the notepad. I delivered notepad and picked up from their offices so no site visit. Account paid
