Very professional team and always a plesant experience getting work done. Recently got a towbar installed on our CR-V and did not have the tools to swap the towball to a 50mm. They were happy to do the swap with short notice and no charge. Thanks team, will be back!

Was in the process of purchasing a Honda hybrid japanese import from another dealer & learnt that the team here at Honda Tauranga are able to examine the hybrid battery this is called "IMA battery test". Cost $75 dollars. it's worth it for peace of mind before making a purchase as there seem to be a few negative information about hybrid batteries  in my experience.. In the end I was happy with the final report of the examination IMA test. Just fortunate it was a good result.  I highly recommend to anyone purchasing a honda hybrid from either another car dealership or privately to get this IMA battery test.  The staff who we dealt with were great!  The lady there I spoke with on the phone had a pleasant and friendly manner.  When my wife arrived she felt a bit out of place at 1st because of turning up in a Honda from another dealer, the staff were friendly & my wife's awkwardness soon faded. Some of the staff we dealt with were Monique, Mike, David - and can't remember other names of staff we dealt with  She was happy with the service.  Thank you to the team at Honda Tauranga.

Bought a car recently from Honda Tauranga, couldn't be happier with the experience overall. Special mention to Eugene Zhou who dealt with me from go to woah ie. from approaching me wandering around the car yard having a nosey right through to handing over the keys. The car I chose pretty much sold itself, but Eugene is a nice guy to deal with, laid back, and didn't mind communicating mostly via texting which was a huge help to me. Thanks for all your help, wouldn't hesitate to recommend Honda Tauranga, Eugene in particular :

Recently traded into a new Jazz Hybrid. The process was fraught with too many frustrations. The new CCFA is a beast of a piece of legislation, they really should have a qualified finance person to ensure a more credible experience.

Very friendly, they did my airbag recall and were done a bit quicker than they estimated
