This shop is heaven for serious tech enthusiasts. They carry a lot of products from a lot of brands, even those not as well known. Their stock room is probably bigger than the whole storefront itself! With all the products it's easy to get overwhelmed, but the staff are always ready to lend a hand and answer any questions you may have to lead you to the right product. I bought a set of keycaps and chose click and collect as they didn't have it in stock at the store. The quoted time to pickup was about a week, but it was actually much less and was ready in 3 days.

Both times I've been have been quick and super efficient. They have their systems down when it comes to picking up orders outside peak hours

Visited from out of town to buy a cable. I was ignored by one of the staff at the back, but the cashier at the front was much friendlier and more helpful.

I have shopped here 4 times in the past month and each time i have been impressed with the customer service, staff are lovely and fast to help.

Googled computer repairs and so many were 50/50 with good and bad reviews so thought I would go to PB Tech Tauranga as I had purchased my Surface hub from them and all had gone smoothly. My dongle came apart when I took it out of the hub with the metal part still in the hub. The service techy managed to retrieve the metal part without it breaking and also managed to put it back together. I was in the shop for less than ten minutes and walked out a happy camper. And the reason for this review? The guy said no charge. It was a minor fix. Well I know for a fact I couldnt fix it so am deeply grateful for the work done and will continue to use PB Tech if I have any issues or need to purchase anything else. Great service!
