Discovered that their 'price promise' is something out of last decade. They only match against NZ physical home appliance stores, no NZ online stores. I suggest they join the modern economy. Extra star because the store is nice and the staff is friendly.

Prices no where near as good as online retailers. Staff not very helpful and don't know much. Not recommended

Phone system is terrible. No way to contact the store direct puts me off.
Would be nice if a prompt was given to obtain an offered discount (Gold Card) A customer of 97 years of age  would be likely that a gold card would have been suggested.
