I had the friendliest welcome when I came in. They happily answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel silly for asking them. Also, recommended me, care for my daughter bike with a maintenance package and I really appreciated being asked. As I had been into other places and because it’s a kids bike, they kind of brush off the fact maybe someone might like to care for it properly still. So I was very appreciative! Thank you!
The young man I dealt with was very pleasant, efficient and helpful. The items I bought were a good price and he attached them and fixed my tyre far quicker than I could have. Excellent service rarely experienced elsewhere these days.

I'm in awe at the moment as I have been waiting for 8 weeks for my ebike. The wait was so so worth it. When I walked into Evos, I was met with such friendly service and they said my ebike was ready. the guys at evo were really knowledgeable and friendly, and super helpful. We have bought bikes form them and had them serviced under their warantees. no problems.
Amazing service. I had questions about an issue I was experiencing with my bicycle and the repair team tested the fault on the spot. They unfortunately couldn't resolve it in the shop but did what they could then suggested a resolution and how to avoid the issue in future. Definitely helpful and extremely knowledgeable team
Really needed to service my tire asap in and out within 10-15mins. The tire glides amazing, and if you need parts or tools they will have it or they will order it that day and get in contact straight away
Website is straightforward, I chose click and collect online for a kids balance bike that was not stocked at my local store frazer cove and the store had it assembled and ready for me to pick up in 2 days. Nice and easy.
The guys at Evo were super helpful, put on my cleats on my new shoes I'm an ABSOLUTE beginner lol. Gave me some helpful hints on changing cleat positioning once I started to ride. A+
