Great Customer Service. I wanted to buy a new Mountain Bike from them Merida 140 800, visited them 2-3 times regarding finding some alternative to suit my budget and each time the fellas very very helpful. I ended up buying a second hand off trade me and took it there to get it serviced. They were genuinely happy about my purchase and helped me set it to my height and weight. Also replaced the tire and a little mini service check at no any cost. Adam is the owner of the shop and a great Lad. Thanks mate. Will see you in about 6 months for a new bike. Cheers

Worst service ever. Bought a bike light off their online store 12 days ago. Zero communication about order progress. Zero response to emails. As a customer who has bought bikes off them before I will not be returning. Do not use their online store unless you intend to wait forever. If i could have rated at Zero stars I would have.

Best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time and it wasn’t even for a bike! Went into store with my 10yr old son to look for scooter wheels, there was only one left in a particular colour but son wanted two, we were at Mount on holiday so couldn’t wait for them to order. Michelle I think her name is? heard our dilemma and said if we buy the last she’ll order and the other and send it to us in Coromandel free of charge! Sure enough the wheel arrived few days later. Just those small things mean a lot so I wanted to say thanks to Bike Barn Mount Maunganui

Took my bike for a service! Didn’t even give it a clean! Chain is still filthy. How do you work on a bike and adjust the gears and brakes when the bike is still dirty. I think that’s shocking. Not the service you would expect from a first world country.

Great buying advice and follow up service when a fault on a brand new bike was discovered. Fritz is the man to see when choosing a bike. Faulty bike fixed within a day and running like a charm now.

Great customer service,delt with Zane.  brought a Merida 140 I've had to take it in for a couple of tweaks and there service has been excellent.

Service sucks stood in front of the counter for 15 minutes didn't get served the lady beside me drove all the way from Rotorua cause you said that you had a bike there for her and you already sold it
