I hate bike barn!! It has taken them 6 month's to fix my bike.. I have called them countless times and been in store, they kept telling me it would be ready for pick up in a week but every time I chase them up of course nothing happens, I don't ever recall receiving a phone call from them.. I'm going to inform they're boss how lazy and useless they're staff are

Only needed an entry level bike for short commutes and found Nathan extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Explained about the bike, warranties and after sales service. Well done 6/6 :-)

Paid these guys to fix my bike and the work was not done properly. I am not happy!!!!

Great service, great staff. I bought a bike last year and got it all kitted out and assembled for me in no time. Since then I have come in with the odd query about my bike and the service has been honest, prompt and friendly. The guys on the floor are always helpful and are happy to explain things.
