Staff were very helpful. It was great that they had both bikes in the right size that I was tossing up between. Made choosing easier with knowledge of both products. Thanks Heaps.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff helped me select the right electric bike for me. They patiently explained how an electric bike works and showed me the various parts of the bike. One suggestion, it would have been helpful to have me actually insert and remove the battery rather than just watch a demonstration. It is a bit tricky to do.

Great service, friendly staff - probably could have got a better deal financially at other venues but decided to support a local business
