Bikes shouldn't be advertised on the website unless they are built and ready to sell. People want to test the bike before buying. Maybe get more staff to build bikes. My score can turn to a 5 star if I get the service that is needed.
Friendly and helpful staff. Bought a bike for my daughters birthday. Staff member sorry I forgot his name was very helpful, got the perfect bike for our needs, made sure it would arrive on time, helpful biking tips too. Would shop here again :

Great service, friendly staff
If you need only a bit of grease to fix your bike, they might be able to do it. Everything else will take weeks and constant reminders, because they forget to order the parts. Agreed pickup times are ignored and when you show up you do not even get an apology that they didn’t think to call you to save you the trip. Don’t let them touch the more sensible parts as they will mess it up. Not friendly, not helpful, time wasters.
Outstanding service and support.
A big thanks for the great professional service on Weds - bought a bike in to get serviced pretty late in the day, guy in the shop got it all done for me by 4.30pm and washed it it was really muddy! I live 1.5hrs away and not in town much so really appreciated the job getting done so quick. At random in the morning before an appointment in Hamilton I tried the other bike store first but it was closed and no msg on the answer phone. So stoked you guys could help. Thanks!

This shop will service all your needs! The guy that runs the shop is a bit of an eccentric but that's half the fun of going! Tidy shop, but could do with some batman logos.
