Normally the food is absolutely delicious when I dine in but extremely disappointed tonight. Ordered takeaway spinach and ricotta ravioli and it was absolutely appalling especially for how overpriced it is!!! Didn’t even eat a bite of it. Took it back to the manager for a refund to be told by him it says on the menu it’s supposed to be crispy. If it was supposed to be crispy it certainly wasn’t that. Manager was extremely rude with my complaint. Telling me I should read the menu properly and that he has been serving it all night and hasn’t had a complaint. Scoffing at me when I told him it was disgusting. Didn’t give me back 50c of the refund (I know that’s not a lot but if you’re going to give me a refund for the bad food give me everything I paid). Have lost a loyal customer from the disgusting food and bad attitude. Not impressed.

Went to this restaurant on the 12/2/18 I booked from Sydney as i had no idea what this place was like. Booked 1.pm lunch got there had a couple of drinks Then waitress came over at 1. 30 pm and said the kitchen closed at 2.pm  No one said a thing about closing at 2.pm I should of know something was wrong when they told me they were not Italian chefs Food was very very ordinary will never go back !!!

It's a 0 stars for me. We were ignored and then we never got our order. Apparently the kitchen had already sent out our order when we enquired. Staff were ignorant towards us. Would strongly suggest you avoid this place

Went for family breakfast today (31March, Commonwealth baton day) and waited 10 minutes to have order taken. 15 minutes later and 3 wait staff later it turns out that the 2 tables next to us, who ordered after us, have got their food and our order has been lost. Absolute shower of shite. And it wasn't even that busy.

Have been coming to this place for a few years, has changed hands a few times. The meals are fairly decent but a bit too expensive for what they are. The presentation is nice & it has a nice outlook, but not quite worth what they charge. Staff are lovely.
