As a loyal customer I have decided not to renew my VIP club or be as frequent a customer as per the following reasons. 1. The service at your Cleveland Store is to slow. 2. The Shingle Inn Cleveland has faster service, better air-conditioning and a VIP Loyalty program with no initial dollar outlay and no restrictions as to when it can be used.

3 waiters/waitresses and 1 barista and about 7 customers. 15 minutes to get asked what I wanted and 20 minutes for the coffee to come to the table - which was cold because it say on the counter for 15 of those 20 long minutes....... A terrible way to run a coffee shop.

Always received nice meals and good coffee. The area is not overly busy or crowded.

Really wouldn’t go back here to eat, wasn’t impressed with the food at all, nothing special. The iced latte was good, would only recommend to get takeaway coffee.

Coffee club in Cleveland/ Redland bay. First was served a kids juice out of date by two weeks, it wasn’t till after my 9 month old sister had began refusing the drink we saw the date and it had expired, it was bitter. Staff did nothing to compensate and instead smiled and or giggled before saying sorry, after this incident my meal was served cold. After saying they will replace the meal the re heated and Brought it back out which rendered it off. Don’t recommend this particular coffeee club. And am hoping that someone replies back to me in regained a to this inconvenience.
