We came here for my mothers birthday to have some cake and tea. The lovely lady at the counter brought my mother a cupcake to take home with a candle on it and wished her a happy birthday. It made our day, thank you

Meals are generally good and reasonably priced, staff friendly but sometimes slow to clear tables.  The Easter biscuits were dreadful; plastic -like icing and no real flavour.  The booth seats could do with a good clean but still one of my favourite cafes in Cleveland.

After waiting 45 mins for four simple breakfast orders two arrived only to be completely wrong we were told the other two were still coming.waitress was also the cook and no idea of customer service. However we did get our money back. Never going back. Definetly do not recommend this place to anyone

$85 for family of 4. Told 15 minutes and waited an hour. Food was horrible, eggs were only just cooked and everything on the plates were in a water slurry. We questioned the wait staff on 1 meal and got a snappy smart arse response. 
Very disappointing and won’t be back ever.

The new burger range is fantastic! Awesome $15 deal on at the moment which is fantastic value.  I reckon easy the best burgers on the Redlands and nice to have a decent burger joint in Cleveland. Staff were also very accommodating providing excellent service
