We are the first ever boarding facility in Qld to specifically cater for birds & exotic pets. Here at Noah's Ark Pet Resort, we pride ourselves in providing quality care for the less traditional pets in your family.

Story

Noah's Ark Pet Resort specialises in the care of birds, guinea pigs, rats, mice, reptiles, fish and all non-traditional pets.

It's owner, Alana is a qualified veterinary nurse with over 6 years experience in the veterinary industry, 3 of which were spent working as the head veterinary nurse in a specialist bird & exotic clinic.

Services we provide include; Transport to & from your home, Enclosure hire, Nail & Wing Clips, Grooming for your furry friends, Dietary advice and Weight loss programs.

Alana loves her new found career and can't think of a better way to spend her days than caring for your feathered, furry, slimy and scaly friends <3

The girls accommodated my cat Ally for two nights short notice as I was concerned about the heat due to the Xmas storm power outage. Ally’s first time in a pet motel and she seemed to enjoy herself. Even received an update on the second night and some photos of her getting pats. Thank you Noah’s Ark Team!

Very best pest resort for guinea pigs. My experience is with guinea pigs, though the team do an amazing job with all the animals boarding. The owner is a highly experienced vet nurse, and it shows. I have found the well trained team really know their stuff and have excellent communication. Thank you Noah's Ark for taking the stress out of times when I am away from my furry family members.

The team are outstanding. They’re always so lovely, professional, accomodating.. they knew I was going on an outback adventure so I couldn’t call my standard 5+ times a day lol but when I had snippets of reception I’d receive heaps of updates pics the lot  Charlie was super happy & very healthy when he she got home! Thank you sooooo much  guys, will DEFINITELY be using you again!!! I think Charlie’s already missing you too!

Alana and her team are super professional, caring and friendly. She gives me prompt and detailed updates with pics of my blueys - they always look so happy staying at her 6  resort. I can't recommend her service highly enough.

Took my cocketiel to Noahs ark yesterday to have his nails clipped. They did a great job,so friendly and you can tell they love all animals. I'll be back.

The whole team are so lovely and caring. We have been taking our birds there for the past 4 years. We have had horrible past experiences with other places. I would never trust anybody else with our little babies. Noah's Ark team are both professionally and experienced and Alana is a veterinary nurse who has very good knowledge of birds as well. This is difficult to find especially in the Gold Coast. I love how they give you up dates and photos of your babies and how they interact with them.

Alana and her wonderful team are so amazing and really treat our beautiful babies like their own. My little man had such a good time on his holiday and they really do all they can to put you at ease especially if it's your first time away from your pet  would not take my little guy anywhere else!

An awesome place to take your precious wierd and wonderful pets to board while you go on hols. Super experienced owners and staff will thoroughly spoil your pet, leaving you to enjoy your holiday without worry. Very clean area for different pets, even outside area for ducks  geese etc. Set in a lovely bushland area, with shady trees and interesting gardens. Plenty of parking. Would highly recommend.

My four female rats spent over a week here while I was overseas, they were looked after very well, I was sent lovely photos and email while I was away which was a huge plus
