Best Friends

The vet Hannah at Best friends is lovely, you can tell she loves animals! She is fair and concerned. I would recommend her to anyone. My dogs have just had a massive journey from Switzerland and Cleo had a collapsed trachea, Hannah was wonderful with Cleo and made her feel at ease.

Best Friends is a great place for things for most animals. Good range of products with a little bit of everything at reasonable prices. Staff are helpful and friendly too.

Friendly staff with great service and fantastic sales, but a huge "No No" for having double coated dogs groomed at their grooming salon. Upon being phoned to collect my girl, my dog came out semi-dry, which resulted in severe matting on her tummy and in her arm pits a week later. Upon taking her elsewhere to have it rectified the groomer confirmed to me that 'Best Friends' was renowned for not completely drying dogs. It seems to be "get them in and out as quick as possible" at Best Friends. I paid full price for a de-shed and had to brush her out myself when we got home. Feel ripped off - big time. Best Friends should not be letting groomers wash and de-shed double coated dogs, if they don't have the experience, simple as that.

Terrible service! Trying to buy fish for my tank. Waited almost half an hour for someone to come help get fish. Obviously they are not interested in selling. After asking for help at the front counter nobody ever showed up to get fish so we left. Other customers waiting for fish also left behind us. Thanks for wasting our time
