Went in for a size exchange for a Halti collar I got during 30% off and was made to pay full price for the size I exchanged for. Went back in to question this and they were adamant that I had to pay $13 extra at full price. Thankfully Sarah C from customer support immediately issued us a refund for the difference. Great pet store with many products
This is my go-to place for anything pets. The pricing is reasonable and the staff are always friendly.

Very helpful service here. The staff are lovely, welcoming and knowledgeable. Shara the groomer is fantastic with our nervous boy when he gets groomed. Great range of products with awesome discounts/rewards to encourage repeat business. We travel from Surfers to shop here!
