My son, daughter, and I had the most special experience at Petbarn Arundel, all thanks to the exceptional customer service from Vaughn! Vaughn went above and beyond to help us choose a fish, a tank, dog treats, and accessories. He was incredibly patient with us, even though we were a bit indecisive, and made the entire shopping trip so enjoyable.nnNot only did Vaughn help us make the best decisions, but he also took the time to carry everything to our car. His kindness and genuine care truly lifted my spirits, and my son had the most wonderful time. Vaughn turned what could have been a simple shopping trip into a memorable experience for our whole family.nnEven after we got home, we called Vaughn three times with questions, and each time, he was kind, helpful, and patient, explaining everything so clearly. He has a true gift for helping others and making them feel valued. For what might seem like a routine visit to a pet store, Vaughn created a core memory for my son, and for that, I’m so grateful.nnIt was also a bonus that Petbarn had 20% off some items, which made everything really affordable. Plus, we got to meet Gigi and Wednesday, the adorable animal welfare cats up for adoption. I love that Petbarn collaborates to help animals in need—it’s such a meaningful touch.nnI highly recommend Vaughn and Petbarn Arundel for all your pet needs. As a cherry on top, they even have a dog wash inside, which I never knew about before!nnThe only suggestion I have is for Petbarn to consider offering an additional service to help customers set up fish tanks in-store or at home minus the water, of course. It would be such a great addition to their already amazing service!nnThank you, Vaughn, and thank you, Petbarn Arundel, for making our visit unforgettable!
Lovely staff and always generous with dog treats. Have used the dog wash many times and always clean. Grooming salon looks immaculate also. Was stranded here with a flat battery and the staff were so helpful allowing us to sit in the grooming salon sheltered from a hot humid day. Thank you!

Very good and reliable store to go to when in need of supplies!! Having fish of my own, and a local barn near by helps out a lot! Products are amazing and willing to go back again
