Loren put me at ease as soon as we met and i already knew that I was in great hands. His smile and his courteous manner was something to behold. I have no reservation in letting all of my friends know what a great consultation I had. Loren had a very personable manner and displayed a wealth of knowledge in regards to my dental issues.
I just had a clean, check up and a filling by Loren & his assistant. It was my first ever filling and Loren made sure I was relaxed and comfortable at all times. Absolutely brilliant, very professional and I am happy I had Loren attend to my teeth! I was told everything I needed to know and more. The receptionist Raya was also very professional and friendly. Thank you guys. See you again!
I hadn’t been to a dentist for too long and despite some nervousness agreed to to try No Gaps Dental in Beverly Hills. Dr. Shagun Gandhi Prajapati and her team were brilliant, they were all friendly, reassuring and thoroughly professional. I had a checkup where the Dr explained everything she had found and was clear about what would happen next. They took X-rays and again explained to me what they showed and their recommendations. I am very happy with the care I received from everyone at No Gaps Dental Beverly Hills and will be back for further appointments with my family.
Finally we met you Dr Lucelle Rivera, A Filipina Dentist, her hands are very light and did very well, pain free in cleaning my teeth. Happy experience. Looking forward to see you again in my next visit.
Always a pleasure to see Lucille Rivera. The ladies at the front desk are welcoming and always straight into my appointment and made to feel at ease. I know most people fear the dentist, but coming here will change your mind. It's a little far from my home,but definitely worth the travel as I refuse to go anywhere else.
Incompetent receptionist who failed to let me know my appointment was cancelled when I attended for the first time. Was told I was rude for asking why I was not contacted to let me know my appointment was cancelled. I then waited with my daughter for over an hour and a half for her appointment with no update on the delay despite sitting right at the reception desk.
Great Staff, friendly and a easy trip to the dentist!! Loren was very professional and explained everything, will definitely be seeing Loren again !!
Excellent affordable dental care from their wonderful dentists, particularly Dr Chamas. Highly recommended.
Lovely staff members, always find me a suitable appointment time that meets my needs. Dentists are always kind and really listen to any issues you have and make treatment plans to help address them. Dental nurses are so gentle also. Would recommend this clinic to anyone who wants a positive dental experience and to feel leaving confident all issues can be addressed and worked on.
My family and I have been going to see Dr Chamas for years and I’ve always been very satisfied with his work. He is an amazing doctor who goes above and beyond for his patients. He even sacrificed his lunch time for an emergency treatment. He truly gives the best treatment and advice to all of his patients.
