Lovely service Very helpful receptionists, as the crazy busy towards the end of year, they still try their best to fit in everyone for appointments. Answering all my questions and being very patient. Dentists are funny and easy to talk to! Quick and efficient in their jobs! Much better experience than going to my previous Dentists.

I used to be scared to go to the dentist but at Bupa Dental Five Dock they make you feel very welcomed and relaxed. Dr Catrina Carroll is always happy to give you options and sound advice on what would work best for each individual situation and she always puts my needs and concerns first! The girls at reception, Helen and Danielle, are very sweet ladies and a pleasure to talk to! Even a cup of coffee is graciously offered, which is nice when you're running around all day! I have been coming to Bupa Dental Five Dock for many years now and they are a wonderful, professional and caring group of people! I would not have a problem recommending that you try Bupa Dental Five Dock because once you try it you won't want to go anywhere else!!

I was in agony, my own dentist could not see me for a further 24 hours, on calling Bupa Dental Five Dock, Daniella the receptionist was more than understanding and organised an immediate appointment, Dr Catrina took the time to assess what seemed to be an unusual case of extreme pain, completed some work and was as genital as one could be when a patient is in such agony, further pain was prevalent once the anesthetic wore off, I called and again Daniella was so accommodating and caring she organised referrals to the Endodontist and called to check on me the following day, given I was in a pain killer induced half coma she kindly sent the referrals on as this was a task impossible through my pain. Daniella obtained dental records from my past dentist (no other dentist seemed to be able to do this) the point, I'm impressed, it's hard to find humans that care about others especially when not a usual client. I will become a regular and highly recommend this dental practice.
