Best dentist I've been to. All are friendly and very professional. They always take steps to make you feel at ease and explain everything very clearly. I've seen a few dentists from there over the years but my fav has to be Dr Shimada. A great dentist but also a cool dude. He definitely makes the dentist less terrifying.

Terrible admin team and centre manager. Booked app online, got a call back asking for a $50 deposit - i refused to pay been attending here for many years. Admin team cancels my appointment without any notifications. So i book the same app again, canceled again this happened 4 times. I've asked numerous times to see their policy regarding this and was told 'no', then hung up on. Although the dentists themselves are great - would highly recommend staying away from the admin team. I just tried the Parramatta centre and would highly recommend them.

Had to have a dental checkup since I haven’t had one for a very long while. The staff were nice and friendly. My dentist was Dr. Eric Zong and his assistant Pae i believe. They were so professional. It went quick and easy. It was a nice dental checkup experience.

Those of you who are considering any treatments at this centre might want to read on. I have been a patient of this clinic for over 10 years for general dental procedures. My recent routine cleaning and check-up appointment was booked with Dr Chris Ha, because the dentist I usually see was out of country. I also have permanent wire retainers bonded inside of my teeth by an Orthodontist specialist at a different clinic. When I got home straight after my appointment at NIB Dental centre, I checked and noticed the surface of the dental glue / bond covering the wire on some of my teeth was chipped. I called the clinic right away, so they can arrange for fixing the loosened wire. I knew the retainers were intact before the cleaning at NIB clinic, even Dr Ha examined them. The response I received from her and the clinic manager, without them even asking for details or photos or assessment, was that the cleaning process cannot affect the dental glue / bond material. I explained to them that regardless of how gentle or harsh the only time of contact with my teeth, before I noticed the damage, was during the cleaning. It would be too coincidental and illogical for the wire to get separated for any other reason. I was appalled to get the rude response implying that I have no proof and it’s not their responsibility to fix. I asked about the formal complaint process ie put the matter via writing for further investigation but wasn’t provided any. Oversights can happen with any procedure, but how it is handled afterwards counts more. I would not recommend Dr Ha and NIB clinic if you are after a trustworthy health provider that values integrity, work ethics and their patient’s goodwill. I will need to arrange for a separate appointment with my orthodontist another clinic to fix the chipped bonds.

I have to find a new dentist and decided to try the nib Dental Care Centre in Sydney. So happy I got Dr Tarek Abasseri as he is absolutely amazing! He professional and kind, very thorough, and does outstanding work. For as long as I can remember, I hate seeing my dentist and will try to delay my routine check-up for as long as I can. This has all changed with Dr Tarek Abasseri. I've seen him a few times so far for routine check-up, filling and a crown. He is very considerate and empathetic to my anxieties. More importantly, he's clearly passionate about providing the high quality dental care and service. He patiently talks through what I need to get done and why, and how the procedure will be carried out so I feel informed and in control all the way. The whole experience makes me feel comfortable, assured and in-charge of my own health. I used to be fearful of my check-up reminder, but not anymore, thanks to Dr Abasseri. I will happily recommend him to friends and family, confident that they too will benefit from his care and expertise.

Dr Tarek Abaserri is an excellent dentist!!! He is gentle, thorough and consistently checking on me during the scaling procedure. I dislike and terribly afraid of the dentist and he goes the extra mile to make you comfortable. Kudos to his assistant for being caring, considerate and great professionals. Dr. Tarek is my go to dentist now. Thank you

Just had my first experience there compared to most previous dentists was very impressed he was a straight shooter and a efficient dentist the dental nurse was fantastic and the desk staff were attentive and helpful

My dental work got pretty behind during covid, and I needed some heavy lifting to get everything back in shape. Dr Tarek Abasseri was outstanding in performing this work - friendly, professional and an absolute pleasure to visit. It took about 6 visits to get everything back to a great state, and Dr Abasseri was awesome doing the work, saving a tooth and making the experience a pleasure. The experience was so good it's one of those "tell all your friends" events - for a clinic you sort of expect a bit of generic treatment, and Dr Abasseri was the opposite of that - like having your own family dentist. Also a huge thanks to Rosalie and the support staff both in the surgery and at the front desk - they are friendly and very competent. Super happy experience

Dr Tarek Abasseri is a superstar! He is probably the best/ nicest/ most friendly dentist I’ve ever had in my life. He went above and beyond to ensure that my dental concern was fixed. Thank you for making me feel really well cared for during my visits.

Had a great first visit today with Dr Shimada. Reception staff very professional and didn’t wait long at all to be called in. They definitely have it down to a fine art as it was a very efficient service. Taking of X-rays was very quick and easy and I appreciated the explanation and photos of my teeth that Dr Shimada went through with me. Definitely can recommend this dentist and will happily be going back.
