Gentle Dental Care Double Bay

Horrible experience! They wanted to put me under full anaesthesia just for a simple extraction! All they care is about taking your money! They treated us so bad was unbelievable! We booked the appointment with a particular male senior doctor and we were met by a young unexperienced arrogant woman who ignored all outmr concerns during the consult!! They are treating people like pets at the vet !!! Full anaesthetic for a simple procedure? I worked in this industry myself for many years and I have taken part at hundreds of surgical procedures that were complex and never requires full anaesthetic! Only a lazy and lousy doctor does that!! These people can’t be bothered having a responsive patient in the chair ! Much easier to knock you out and not have to worry about your care and comfort!! Absolutely disgusting experience!!! I contacted the owner but of course surprise surprise no reply. Stay away from these sharlatans !!!

Great experience! Had face pains knowingly linked to my dodgy wisdom tooth that had gone long ignored. Pains got too much on Tuesday night, that I rolled in at 8am next day and met Tessa and Angela were amazing and booked me straight in for 2pm. This quickly got moved to 10am, where Dr Gen Russo removed my 2 right side wisdom teeth... with a tv playing youtube requests above, 15-20 minutes, boom i'm out, shocked that I felt absolutely nothing! With detailed instructions on postcare and a lower than expected bill I left super happy! Great place, great people, I took a punt after googling dentists in Double Bay and there were a few to choose from, but choose no more, this is a winner! Thanks guys :)
