The Paddington Dental Surgery

Dr Duncan Copp is the hardest working and possibly the most committed cosmetic dentist in Sydney. Duncan made himself available to me at short notice on a Sunday when I was battling chronic lower tooth pain caused by severe clenching and grinding. He is polite and compassionate with an attention to detail delivering phenomenal results for his patients. I have since had my teeth professionally whitened at the practice resulting in compliments from colleagues, clients' and friends who make frequent mention of my "beautiful teeth"! - I wish I'd discovered this practice several years earlier!

Absolutely amazing from the moment I walked in; warm and friendly front staff, and a beautifully presented practice. I had a check-up with Dr Dumer who was incredibly patient and addressed all my previous issues I have had from other practices. I also had a clean from their Hygienist, Amy, who was very professional , personable and very thorough! Definitely will be returning as a regular customer.

The whole team here are amazing, led by Dr Duncan Copp. Not only are they at the cutting edge of dentistry techniques, there is a genuine sense of care and empathy, no matter how large or small the procedure. I have tried other dentists over the years and have returned to Duncan as no one else has shown the professionalism or care that he does. Extremely grateful for everything he has done for my smile. Couldn't recommend him highly enough.

My crooked, stained teeth had annoyed me for years. I decided, after a lot of internet research, to have teeth bleaching and porcelain veneers at a celebrated cosmetic dentist in Double Bay. He promised the earth, told me of all the celebrities he treated, and was extremely expensive. So he must have been good. Right? I honestly thought I was in good hands. How wrong I was. It was a disaster, and the worst mistake of my life. The Dr was rushed, angry, and kept on forcing laughing gas on me 'to make things better'. I felt humiliated, ashamed and embarrassed of what he did to my smile. All my friends thought my teeth looked fake, and I was scared to go back. But I did return and confront him. The bleaching on the bottom teeth hadn't worked, but he redid the veneers on my top teeth. However they looked even worse and my gums became very infected. At this point I was angry, frustrated, and scared that I had ruined my teeth for life. After more internet research I found my saviour, Dr Duncan Copp. To cut a very long story short, he restored my faith in dentistry. He is so confident, capable and caring. I had his personal mobile number, so when a temporary veneer came off, when I ate a toffee, he saw me at no charge on a Sunday evening. Duncan has an amazing technique where he demonstrates your smile digitally beforehand, and then builds it as temporaries. You get so much interaction, you can design the most perfect smile. Together. The entire experience at The Paddington Dental Surgery exceeded my expectations in every way. From the calm, chic interiors to the amazing magic Dr Copp and his team perform on your teeth, to their genuine concern for your welbeing and every possible need, this clinic offers the ultimate in compassionate, ethical dental care.

Duncan Copp is simply the best dentist I have ever been to. From a simple check up, a cavity or a crown, he brings the same level of commitment and care, as well as patience and explaining questions. The staff at Paddington Dental are also excellent. Despite an extremely busy practice, they always go out of their way to accomodate a change of plans or emergency. I first went to Duncan on the advice of a friend, and it was great advice indeed.
