I have been visiting Dr Mary Grace Tonel for over 10 years, and have always had a fantastic experience. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. Dr Mary Grace is very knowledgeable and thorough in her examinations. The practice is clean and well-maintained, and I feel comfortable throughout my visits. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for high-quality dental care. 5 stars!
Friendly environment, very professional starting with the secretary, the dentist's assistant and the dentist. I had the pleasure to have my treatment done by Dr Rand Al-Raees. She is so professional, gentle, respectful, and takes her time explaining everything thoroughly. She even called to check on me after my tooth extraction which I found so comforting. Would definitely recommend her.
Highly recommend this place and especially Dr. Hasan. Went in for removal of my wisdom teeth and Dr. Hasan and his team were just the best, from keeping me calm and informed about the procedure to completing the process in a quick and painless manner. I am extremely grateful to the team at Primary Dental. They always deliver an amazing experience from booking the appointment to following up after. Thank you again.
Absolutely disgusting customer service. Got my call back as requested and whoever that lady was has no customer service skills whatsoever. Rude abrupt and no professionalism. Hung the phone up on me while I was still talking. Didn't even give me any consideration. Nasty as. All I managed was to book the appointment but to hang up on me yeah NAH. Received confirmation of appointment by text and I replied yes then decided no thanks if that's the disgusting type of service u provide I don't want ya dentist touching me. I've booked elsewhere. Teach yr staff common courtesy and customer service skills bc your lose more business not that I care . I've found a much nicer dentist. ZERO STARS FOR YOU
Definitely not recommended. My partner and I booked a general check up and clean. Their website says $199 for this including X-rays and fluoride treatment for a new patient. I called to request a pricing for existing patients and was quoted $225. How can they justify charging us $720. How can Dr Noor Hindo think it is ok to rip people off this way? Is that why she was asking what we do for a living, to see how much she could get away in ripping us off?? How can this practice have the audacity to tell me that it depends on the dentist whether they give you a discount or not! How is it that other places offer the same services for less than $200? I have requested to have this escalated and have been advised by the practice manager that it will be looked into. If there is no resolution to this overcharges, I will take it further.
We visited the hospital to sort out few issues with my daughters teeth. The doctor was super friendly and transparent. She made my daughter really comfortable and she was super happy with the appointment which is not usual for dentistry appointment. Highly recommended .
Dr Fayeh is an amazing dentist. He's been able to improve my smile in ways that other dentists I've been to have not. He's skilled, friendly and easygoing. I've recommended Primary Dental Bankstown to the rest of my family. Thanks so much Dr Fayeh and team.
Let me say by this is by far the best dentist I have been to - amazing customer service by Farah, she made my partner and I feel welcomed on top of being knowledgeable. Additionally my dentist Dr Jeff Aung for making my partner conquer his fear of the dentist and made my visit incredibly memorable. Keep up the great work team!
Had an amazing experience at this clinic. The staff was very friendly and professional. The dentist was gentle and listened well to my concern . I had a wisdom tooth extracted and I loved the way the staff followed up with me over phone to check how I was doing. I had been delaying the process of removal of this wisdom tooth for over 8 months due to fear and anxiousness but I am happy I was taken care by right people.I had a very smooth experience . I’d like to highlight Farrah at reception offered very helpful and informative assistance, in such a kind & honest manner. Her service made me feel so welcome & cared for, the information was highly useful & clear, this made my dental experience much more comfortable and positive. Thanks again & I can only very highly recommend their services to anyone who seeks a dental service that offers such high levels of customer service.
