It was my first time at Rickard Dental and the staff were absolutely fantastic! They managed to squeeze me in at short notice, even though they had back to back appointments. The staff were very friendly and the whole experience was exceptional! Thank you team!
Finally after 10 years I found a Dentist that actually want to fix my teeth I have been to other dentist and not happy with there work and showed me no interest in fixing my teeth at all. After seeing Dr Nada she straight away told me , let’s get your teeth fixed and showed me she really wanted to help me, Done half my teeth a mini makeover by Dr Nada very happy with the results. Looking forward and can’t wait to fix rest of my teeth. Also lovely friendly Receptionist Sabrine Thankyou
Very good dental practice, Dr Omar and Dr Nada have assisted myself and my family with all our dental needs for years now. Really friendly staff! Highly recommend!
Very poor quality unprofessional doctors. Had 3 consultations here with three different doctors, my case was barely explained to me as they rushed to talk non sense and end the session as quick as they could. and it seemed like they only cared about fitting in as many clients as they could without giving proper service. I since then went to two different clinics where my wisdom teeth complications were very well explained to me as my case was VERY SERIOUS and have gone through the surgery. Check your records again. One of my visits was on oct 20th 2021 under Ayah.
Great service, called for an urgent appointment as I was having very swollen gums and tooth ache. Dentist properly treated the tooth and give me appropriate medication and was feeling so much better the day after. The dentist was very friendly and welcoming and talked me through the x rays.
Dr Nada is a really good and thorough dentist. All my kids go to this dental centre for their treatment and regular check ups.
Extremely poor lack of communication! My appointment was at 12.30 and I wasn’t notified until 1pm that I still had to wait another 20 minutes. Really disappointed considering I’m a mum who hardly gets any time to go to the dentist and now that I’m desperate and have taken time out of my week this happens.
A place for all types of dental treatment. A one stop surgery. They treat kids, adults and they have a specialist orthodontist. Their prices are affordable. They accept payment plans too. I highly recommend this dental Centre. The place is very clean and everything they used was packed in sealed bags and opened in front of me. I'm very impressed. Thank you forctaking care of me and my family.
My honest suggestion, anyone going there please check the prices with them and tell them to give it in writing or else be ready for nasty surprises. This place is complete rip-off, I will not even recommend my enemy to go there. Just went there upon checking the good reviews and for dental specialist not available at the place I took treatment. But reviews are contradicting they initially told me $40 for consultation and then used my same OPG scanning film from another dentist to assess. They even took another x-ray which they said it will be emailed but never received so far. I was recommended to remove one wisdom tooth, but here I was recommended to remove four tooth and was quoted $1000 per tooth. They are happy to keep serving people without even caring for your waiting time. I do not understand why they are incompetent and made me wait for 1 day to prepare the report and tried to charge me $120 for the same by arguing I was made aware of this fee day before. !!!Total liars BEWARE!!!
