Being the big chicken that I am when it comes to dental. Gentle Dental Liverpool are wonderful. Dr Ed is very calming and patient. I have just booked in for another procedure with Dr Ed. I will not go to any one else. They understand my phobia and are brilliant at helping me overcome it.

I received fantastic treatment and service at the Gentle Dental Liverpool practice. The dentist, Dr Michael Lavorato, was extremely professional, calm and collected throughout the whole process which made me feel comfortable and assured that I was getting a thorough review. He explained all observations to me in layman's terms and provided me with genuine and honest recommendations, without making me feel pressured or like I was being ripped off. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the Gentle Dental Liverpool practice.

This is the best orthodontist I have been to by far. Over a year ago, I was searching for a dentist that would be practical and affordable. Since that date, I have had surgical removal of 4 wisdom teeth, a clean, two fillings and invisalign treatment from the Gentle Dental Care team and I have been completely satisfied every time. The staff are extremely gentle, friendly and have a welcoming approach towards their customers; I have never felt safer in the hands of a man with a scalpel! They are able to squeeze me in for last minute appointments when it is urgent and they really accomodate to my schedule and needs. They always provide me with a courtesy text message a few days before my scheduled appointment to confirm with them, which also acts as a reminder for the customer (this is excellent because I am constantly forgetting the date and time of my appointments). Gentle Dental Care are very affordable with their prices and they even provide discounts on their dental treatments for their frequent clients. I have been seeing my orthodontist every 6 weeks for a year now and I have found consistency in their quality. In summary, if you need any sort of dental work done, Gentle Dental Care are the best people for the job.

Great service and price - I don't normally write reviews but had a wonderful experience at this dentist. I had a tooth ache while at work and was able to get an appointment with a Dr Lavorato the same day. Turns out I needed a filling. I normally hate getting any kind of work done as have a slight phobia for needles, but the dentist explained to me at each stage what it would feel like etc and was a very easy experience for me. Will definitely be returning to this dentist if I need anything in the future. Many thanks!

Highly recommend this dental practice, had two very good experiences to date (one clean and one visit for two fillings), no complaints or follow up issues at all. Practice is well equipped and clean, staff are friendly and professional. Dr. Lavorato was excellent on both occasions, taking time to answer all questions and present a range of treatment options. Very happy with the service, would visit again.
