We did dental check up, clean, xray (me, my husband and my daughter who is 4 years old.) It was her first dental check up but I find the dentist didn’t look expert in dealing with kids. I have seen other dentist for my nieces and nephew who were so experienced and expert in talking to the kids. They always spend more than 5-10 minutes talking to them about dental hygiene and other interests before they start any treatment. But in your dental clinic there was nothing done before treatments and she was scared as nothing was shown to her before starting the dental check up. I was really disappointed that you guys didn’t do anything and charged our health insurance about $180 for nothing. Even didn’t give kids any goodies for the encouragement to visit next time. Just 2 cheap stickers on her both hands. I was thing in my mind “ Is this real? Are you guys serious?” Me and my husband were also not happy for our ckeck and clean service as we always had got great services at our regular dental clinic. To be honest I accidentally booked in your dental as I was supposed to book in for westpoint dental clinic. I lost the contact detail and searched in the internet. I rang you guys and booked in but later only I found out that I made an appointment at the wrong clinic. But just thought let’s try there and see if we can have better service but now I regret for not cancelling my appointment. I will never ever visit your clinic again and will not recommend anyone to go there. Hope you will take my complain to improve your practices in future. Good Luck!

Great professional service I should say as i have been going to Dr Sharmila with family for our dental needs for a long time and did not have to look for any other dentists. Friendly ambience, polite and courteous staff including dental assistants to make you feel better when you can not speak (literally) during your dental procedures. And to top it up, It's a no gap service, means it's a win win. Five star recommendation!!

Excellent and polite service. I asked tons of questions about the costs and gap cover for the insurance, reception gave me accurate answers and quotes. I was not pressured to go ahead for any treatments (unlike other dental places). I had scale and clean, fluoride and fillings. Everything was gap-covered! :-)

Not recommending the passive aggressive dr lucelle, she's sometimes aggressive too i.e. "accidentally" spill water on your neck and on your mobile phone that you hold above your stomach, not to mention rough handling your mouth as well as showing off she is charging higher fees. A disturbing personality.
