I received a letter 2 months ago from the dental department saying they got my referral letter. Today I rang them to know what's happening. After 50 minutes of waiting time they said my son's name is not on their list. This is a joke!! The person said I need to ring them back next week.I'm going to waste another 50 minutes next week. Such a confusing health care system. So surprised to see 5 stars.

I waited for 20 min on phone & was then transferred to the CT scan department just to make an appointment 😈😈 and the phone kept ringing .... and ringing ..... and ringing .... and continued ringing for another 20 min before I gave up waiting for someone to answer 😈😈 disgusting service ever 😬😬😠 definitely waste of tax payers money ... frustrated customer 😠😠😠
