Have ordered items here from Uber Eats several times. They're okay with basic grocery things, but every time we order a dairy free item we are supplied with one which contains dairy. This happens consistently, every single time we order something dairy free AND SPECIFY NO SUBSTITUTES we are supplied an item containing dairy. We've never had substitutes for any other products, it only happens with stuff labelled dairy free. This is a huge issue because of allergies. Once, maybe twice, I could put down to incompetence. Four times now, and I have to conclude it's deliberate. Thankfully Uber is really good at refunding the cost of the food we can't eat. We'll be completely avoiding Night'N'Day from now on. They may be convenient for late night snacks and urgent groceries, but the consistent disregard for allergies is a huge red flag and I wouldn't trust them for anything related to food safety.
Don’t listen to the people whining about ‘bad customer service’. You’re at a gas station with underpaid staff, don’t expect 5 star service every time you walk in. At the end of the day it’s nice, clean and it’s not the staffs fault the portions are small, take it up with the company.
Zero customer service. Never enough staff so you’re queuing up with Uber Eats drivers as staff slowly pack their orders. And doesn’t even have payWave.
Please hire more people next new years. Waited 2hrs for my delivery to arrive and then told will give 1 alternative for 1 item but then uber said the entire item was canceled. I know it sucks working new years, but it sucks even more working late, and all you can order is gas station food for dinner. To wait 2hrs and have your item canceled not the greatest start to the year for many because of your store
This store only has one staff member on this evening, serving the customers and also the UberEats drivers. They are expecting the UberEats drivers to pack the orders, when they are only there to do pick up. They either need to add another staff member to the shift, or turn off their UberEats app until they have the capacity to serve customers and drivers both within a reasonable time.
