Up's:n- while product prices are generally higher than the supermarkets or dairies, they are still cheaper than BP and have 24 hrs access.nn- Some ready to eat products are worth it while some are not that great.nnHere's what's worth buying: sandwiches, filled buns, and anything that comes with bread and meat. Donuts and other sweets are great but BP have more to offer. Some deep fried foods are actually good chicken kebab, wedges deluxe, springrolls/vegerolls.nnWhat you should avoid: Pies mediocre, overpriced, Pitas too much cheese, and the rest of the deep fried foods not mentioned above are not great. ice cream very little portions.nn- Slightly cheaper fueln- Free parking and staff don't seem to care about extended parking.n- Selections of lollies.n- Free toilet and staff dont seem to care who's using the toilet.nnDisadvantages;n- Staff are overwhelmed by the number of customers and online delivery orders. It will take LITERALLY at least 30-60 for delivery to be ready.nn- When busy, they will refuse doing thickshakes.n- Filthy toilet. Staff are busy that they dont have time to clean the toilet. It is common to see pee on the floor.n- Hand drying paper are always empty. Again, they dont have time to take care of the toilet.n- Shelves are not tidy. Many mislocated items.
I understand why it’s getting 1 star. If you’re looking at this because your Uber eats order is taking a while. Honestly. Cancel it while you can. The 1-2 hour wait is real. I’m still waiting it’s been a hour and 20 minutes… the Uber app isn’t letting me cancel. And they don’t answer phones in this store i give up on being hungry at this point I just want a nap
Please hire more people next new years. Waited 2hrs for my delivery to arrive and then told will give 1 alternative for 1 item but then uber said the entire item was canceled. I know it sucks working new years, but it sucks even more working late, and all you can order is gas station food for dinner. To wait 2hrs and have your item canceled not the greatest start to the year for many because of your store
Zero customer service. Never enough staff so you’re queuing up with Uber Eats drivers as staff slowly pack their orders. And doesn’t even have payWave.
This store only has one staff member on this evening, serving the customers and also the UberEats drivers. They are expecting the UberEats drivers to pack the orders, when they are only there to do pick up. They either need to add another staff member to the shift, or turn off their UberEats app until they have the capacity to serve customers and drivers both within a reasonable time.
