Really disappointed about the staff.. yesterday and today I bought some plants. Yesterday, the lady who was in the counter was so rude to me..no smile at all in her face..and today I bought some plants for gifts. +$150 Then I was looking for some empty boxes . Then one of another staff member said not take many boxes..she said we are running out of empty boxes. Then I left boxes and came back.. now I have to find boxes to wrap plants from somewhere else..nBut the lady who was in the counter today was nice..
I’m already in a bad mood ……I ask if the sales person can you take the sticker off my lampshade before I buy it….. with a smile and a merry Christmas he peeled it off and put on the tag for me. I honestly feel like the staff at Mitre Ten make all the difference. Knowledge and great personality 10 stars!
They brought brand-new style store with a couple of cashiers that probably moonlight as comedians.nWhen I walked in to the checkout, wearing a yellow shirt buying a whole lot of Stanley gear, which is all black and yellow, they asked me if I was auditioning for yellow wiggle nToo good, they just made it easy with good advice and good humour and they randomly had a bunch of road safety equipment, which is just what I needed
Uneducated and rude staff. The young broad staff was too busy to do nothing instead of doing her job. And the manager was ok with it, good on you for paying them doing nothing. Oops the manager is just an employee too. : I wonder why kiwi companies are going bankrupt.
