Awesome store, clean, spacious, friendly with an abundance of products to meet your every need. Staff are excellent, well trained, informative, and helpful with a smile for everyone. Love the store serves my needs and affordability bonus are the excellent customer services.
Found staff to always be too busy to be too helpful, not busy with work. One time I waited ages in the garden department and the lady had spotted someone she knew and although she could see me and others waiting talked for ages, I ended up leaving and going to Bunnings, the only reason I've put the stars I have is the checkout staff are a lot more pleasant, if it was up to the garden staff from a previous visit there'd only be 1 star
They brought brand-new style store with a couple of cashiers that probably moonlight as comedians.nWhen I walked in to the checkout, wearing a yellow shirt buying a whole lot of Stanley gear, which is all black and yellow, they asked me if I was auditioning for yellow wiggle nToo good, they just made it easy with good advice and good humour and they randomly had a bunch of road safety equipment, which is just what I needed
Being first home buyers in New Zealand, we were nervous about pursuing a DIY landscaping project. The team at Mitre 10 were so kind, patient and informative about different ways to use pavers in a garden. We got these awesome charcoal pavors to improve our home's front appeal. How did we do?
Not to bad a store but prices are dearer than Bunnings. They are a more friendly store and the atmosphere is a lot better. Always check for price matching
