Recently I had a fridge/freezer delivered. It was installed and instructions explained to me very clearly by Iden and Lee. These two people were amazing, friendly and professional. I can honestly say, that if that is the caliber of people that Noel Leeming employ, then the business is in great hands. Thank you Iden and Lee for your wonderful service.
I was tired and wandering around aimlessly looking for what I wanted. A lovely helpful guy came to my rescue and took me to where my product was, scanned it for the price, and took me to a girl at the counter to serve me. It was so easy. Excellent customer service.
So I was told to go in here as they are well informednAfter asking about what printer can print onto label paper. A very simple and task. The MANAGER couldn't even answer it. There's like 25 printers and He said I couldn't tell you. I asked if there's one that could print onto photo paper as that's thicker than label paper and he said yes. But doesn't think they could print onto a sheet of label paper. I'm confused as Kmart printers can do it. Am I missing something with the more expensive brands.He was meant to be the person who had the information. He was also dismissive and arrogant.nAs a business owner this is certainly something I would hate to see in my work place.
Would just like say that Palmerston north store on Rangitikei street has some marvelous staff, Subrata assisted my sister today in purchasing a washing machine, his manner, knowledge and customer care was second to none ,thank you for making this purchase so easy... Update sister had machine delivered staff were efficient and took old machine and boxing away cheers guys..
Recently bought a Tablet from the Palmerston North branch.nAs I was looking, I was approached by DALTON. A very courteous and informative salesperson. Made the decision on what to buy very easy, as he gave me the info I needed on whether to get a Laptop or Tablet. Thankyou so much Dalton for being an amazing salesperson. Highly recommend him to deal with.
