If I could give zero stars that's what I would give my family and I have been loyal consistent customers here and have spent thousands of dollars in rebel sports for years I took my kids here to spend some gift vouchers and money they had from Christmas to shop here my son payed 50 dollars for a pair of gloves that said 40 dollars on them received no receipt but he thought ohwell I'll just put them on they know I've purchased them we carried on shopping and then my son was held up at the door and interrogated and threatened with a police car that was parked across the road at a pub saying that car was for him cause he stole those gloves and another employee joined in and they bullied my 18 year old son, I asked to see managed he apologized on behalf on his staff but wouldn't allow them to apologise themselves for the scrutiny and embarrassment they had caused my family on boxing day so many people were judging our family and they treated us like common thieves I'm disgusted.i left and rang back and I then expressed I wasn't happy with a half hearted apology and wanted his staff to apologise to my son he refused I then asked for a refund on the vouchers I purchased there as my family would never feel comfortable shopping there again after how horribly we were treated and publicly humiliated on boxing day and he offered us half price I said NO I want my money back my family is too uncomftable to ever shop here again after you all publicly humiliated us and then he agreed on a refund waited outside so I didn't come in the store and just handed my cash back and looked at me like I was trash.no promise on sorting the issue and didn't take it seriously WORST customer service experience in my life and to your staff how dare you BULLIES and judgemental rude and absolutely unreasonable.You should all be so ashamed of yourself and I regret ever having spent the amounts of money I have in this store, you won't be receiving any income from me anymore although I'm sure you wouldn't care because you made it very clear all of you how very little you care about your customers.nDisgusted and utterly disappointed.
Horrible shopping experience. I went in-store at Palmerston North to try a pair of shoes and to look for a hat that I saw online. Both items were shown as in store confirmed by the website and a stock check by a staff member on her computer. Firstly, the store layout is confusing with no obvious signing on where certain items should be. Secondly, the store was a mess with staff members seriously blocking Ailes with merchandise dumped on the floor as they stock the shelves. Thirdly I couldn't find the items I was looking for so I was advised by a staff member to instead just pay for them online using click and collect and to return them if they are the wrong size. So I have placed my C&C order on the 29th of September online, showing items were in stock at my store and would be available for pick up the next day. It has now been over 10 days and I have had no email confirming it is available for pick up. When I email asking where my order is, I get an automated reply saying that they will reply to me in an estimated 5 days. I've never been annoyed at a business until now lmao
