My order arrived quickly, everything was perfectly packed and in great condition.nnOne item wasn’t available online, so we visited the store after the sale had ended. The staff were fantastic—they honoured the original sale price without hesitation. That kind of service is rare these days and really stood out.nnThe whole process—from online ordering to in-store support—was smooth, professional, and customer-focused. I really appreciate the way Briscoes looks after its customers. Highly recommended!
Easy to find what I was looking for. Plenty of choice of the item I wanted at great prices. Cashier was friendly and professional. Will visit the store again.
Couldn't find product, asked at desk, they didn't know or offer to look so left shop. Bought product at bed Bath Beyond
Good home products at good prices, especially during sales.
Good selection of everything. The price on the plates we brought was dearer at the counter than advertised on the shelf, but the shop assistant let us have them at the shelf price. Good customer care. Will be back.
