Alyson is very accommodating with us. The store has a massive collection of the high quality wooden furnitures and mattresses with reasonable price, given that their product materials are really great and wouod say, long lasting! They do delivery too and communication is very efficient! Would highly recommend!

We have moved into a retirement villiage, in west Auckland and needed a smaller pedestal drop leaf table and 4 nice chairs. We went on line and found the exact dining suite. It was out of Auckland at FURNITURE TREE Ltd in Palmerston North. Their sales woman Alyson, was absolutely fantastic, we had a quote within half an hour with an agreeable delivery price. The best part was the super fast delivery to our apartment in Miriam Corban RYMAN villiage in Henderson. We paid full price up front without hesitation and our trust paid off. We would recommend “FURNITURE TREE Ltd” in Palmerston North to anyone in NZ wanting superb service, quality products, and an honest deal as we where absolutely super impressed with our customer experience. My partner and I bought a work/ writing desk from here today. The store has very high quality furniture at good prices you wont find at other places. the owners were very good to deal with and helpful to us. We look forward to buying from here again.
We needed a wooden, extra-long double bed frame, which is very hard to find. We contacted Furniture Tree and they kindly made up a frame set for us from queen and double bed frame parts. We bought the bed frame set sight unseen and it turned out to be absolutely everything their sales people said it would be and more. Such good quality and fantastic value for money. We are thrilled. All the staff we dealt with to purchase and organise delivery of the bed frame were so lovely and helpful too. I strongly recommend this company and their products.
I bought a king single trundle bed from these guys a few months ago and found both the bed and their customer service to be top-notch. They responded to emails quickly, and when a couple of parts from the bed needed replacing they were happy to supply replacements quickly.
I am extremely disappointed with the quality control! I was told I had to wait a good 3 months for a hall console table to arrive to their store from overseas. I accepted this but when it finally arrived to my home, it had a smashed side panel! When I called them I was told it would have to be replaced. This was obviously a breakage during its transfer to NZ and definitely not checked before being sent to me, which I would have thought was a natural business procedure. A few days later my replacement arrived and there right in the front of the desk was a smashed hole! I sent an email with attached photos and explained my total frustration and regret. My reply was a copout excuse that the breakage was a "flaw" in the wood, which was totally untrue as it was an obvious break and clear to see. To top things off I had been assured by a warehouse worker that he had checked the replacement table over before being sent, which speaks volume on their quality control! I was given a choice of returning the table or a $35 refund for the hole, I did choose the $35 refund as I really wanted this table. We have had to patch the hole and try to make it look as new as possible. I would definitely not be ordering from this company ever again!
