Appalling customer service. We were the only people in the store and were completely ignored by staff. It was a quick visit as we also didn’t see anything that interested us in the stock there.
Glad they support LGBTQ & Pride Month <3 I felt so comfortable & happy when I saw the 'Love Wins' bag Thank you for making my experience lovely. Absolutely lovely staff, trending clothes, beautiful dressing rooms, & S and XS aren't the only sizes on tops so I don't have to dig to find my size L. Thank you.
Just got a pair of pants with fantastic discounted price. From 49.5 lowered to 15 isn't what I expected but it is REAL! When Cotton On says "discount", it really means "lower price"!
Horrible experience. Staff were rude, didn’t greet nor acknowledge me, and seemed like they were picking on another staff member in a different department. Just appalled. They girls were watching videos on their phones while laughing instead of serving. This is the Palmerston North branch. Bullying should not be tolerated, they need to learn manners and humanity.
Is in the perfect place in town with access from both sides of the downtown centre. Lots of selection with things such as mens, kids, exercise and women's clothes. Really decent prices and helpful staff. There are plenty of changing rooms available as well which is super handy. Would definitely recommend a visit.

I bought white Boot from this wonderful shop. It is well-made, The quality is good. The price was reasonable. Customer service was genuinely friendly. The changing room is perfect. The environment is perfect.
Always double checked the prices and the promo. Otherwise they will overcharged you. I bought 2 socks that meant to be $10 for two but they charged me $13.98
Awesome range of womans men's and children's apparel. Great new layout and awesome range of cotton on body now located at the front of the store. Always a great sale on and added bonus of the cotton on group perks card!
