I would like to commend the staff at this branch and the Queenstown airport branch on their excellent customer service. I was really impressed from the start of the hire till the end. I made a mistake when booking by putting down the wrong drop off location but when I rang they were quick to respond and sorted it out straight away and kindly dropped us straight away to the airport which was great as my husband and I were rushing to make our flight! Well done to all. Normally, I hire off international car rental companies when I travel but this experience has changed my mind about regional hire companies. I definitely would recommend New Zealand Rent A Car. Apart from the great customer service, the cars were affordable and in perfect condition! Big thumbs up from Ireland!
