If I could give you a 0 or .5 I would! I'm absolutely disgusted about today's visit when I bought 2 scoops for my daughter to be given the most minuscule amount of $8.40 I've cream I've ever seen in my life. I was so disappointed I phoned up and got the same lady on the phone who told me that she had served me and that those scoops were bigger than the kids size even though it goes in same container and was tiny. So disappointed I'll be taking this everywhere I can and I usually never complain. I had to go to boost next door and pay another $9 for an actual real item that would actually full up my 15 yo daughter up. The explanation was horrid. Being a dual aus/ nz I really have enjoyed this shop but not today. The photos on the website look totally different. This shop needs shutting, that lady needs training. Tiniest little amount of ice cream I've seen in my life. Plus the three of them yes the standing there doing nothing were having a laugh at all the customers eating their tiny ice creams. Kid size is totally different to adult size container wise. Scoop size. You said you did the right scoops but not impressed. U won't stay open very long at all. Usually if anything like this happens you will be shut very shortly. Because it's a sign that trouble is here.
Absolutely loved my experience at this place. An elderly couple were running it on the day of my visit, very nice and very energetic. I signed up for their loyalty and got a free scoop, and the man serving me asked if I wanted chocolate/caramel topping or both, I was like old el paso girl why not both. Lots of great ice cream to choose from, good price and huge scoop sizes as well, definitely worth the money.
All gluten free flavors but 2-3, the ice cream is very creamy and with a good taste

A New Zealand Natural icecream will never let you down after a hot summers walk around the South bank. These icecreams are very creamy and nice. Loads of options to pic from they have some smoothie options as well. Don't miss it if you are in South Bank..
Good ice cream smoothies - tried sunshine splash and strawberry blitz - both good. At 7.5 good value for money too
Visited on Sunday afternoon and was served by a lovely young lady, Sundae was very tasty as was the frozen yogurt. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again.
They have better flavours than cold rock nearby but I think they don't make the ice cream cold enough so the staff can scoop it easily. Only problem is it starts to drop as soon as you get it.
All naturally made icecream and smoothies which tast soooo good. Can't go past this shop without buying....the fruit flo is amazing. Friendly staff always make me smile.
I've eaten a lot of ice cream in my life but this one has wedged itself at the upper end of my list. The Boysenberry and strawberry ice cream were so creamy and full of flavour! Absolutely delicious! The staff were youthful and excited to serve, which made the whole experience a pleasant boost to the evening.
