I love this place, however a female has let down the team, you genuinely query the price of an item because you are a regular, only to be left without an answer. The price of the item was being changed every other day within a short time, and wanted to know why it was changing frequently as a regular customer. The pricing upstairs was different downstairs, as have upstairs cafe too. The lady who served me was absolutely rude, and disrespectful turned her back to the question, and I wasn’t prepared to stay to order. That female, is engaging customers with managers, to create conflict. I spoke to the manager honestly, and asked her, she identified that that consistency of pricing was going to look into it. I certainty did not deserve this rudeness as a loyal customer. I will not be returning, and no longer a regular. You can not have immature female treating and disrespecting customers especially if regular and order the same most days. I have drawn the line. This behaviour is not proper.

I absolutely love the coffee and the people who work there. The team is incredible, profissional, extremely customer focused and friendly! I look forward to my coffee break every single day! Rye variety they have is amazing… My fav lunch option is the Portuguese peri peri chicken with rice and potatoes. Thanks Marco Polo team

Coffee is nice but surprising does not get made any faster than other cafe's in the area considering they seem to have twice as many staff. There just does not to appear to be any kind of sense of urgency regardless of how busy they are, having chats with each other seemingly takes priority. Also if you're going to sting me $4.50 for a piece of fruit toast with butter, at least be smart about it and not pull the piece of toast from a tip top bag. Clearly I won't be buying any kind of toast from you guys again.

Purchased a Thai curry for lunch for $16. It was very disappointing as it is very overpriced for what it was. Majority was rice and a little bit of vegies with Thai curry sauce. You are better off going to vegerama across the way for quality vege food for less.

Delicious sticky chai brewed with milk. Sandwiches also at reasonable prices. Beautiful seating area. Will be back.

Good coffee usually and very quick despite often busy. The mince filo is really delicious.

Great coffee, indulge in a cap or a mocha to make sure you get some shaved chocolate... Mmm

Overpriced and staff haven't got the best customer service skills

Nice spot for coffee and city meetings. Lots of tables and sitting areas, definitely recommended.
