Located opposite Repco. The store is clean and well laid out. I like the trolleys, they are made from recycled plastic, so they dont give you static shocks when you touch them. They also steer well. It is best to shop here if you are a club member or have downloaded their app to receive better prices. The checkout operator was very helpful. Overall a good experience.

Today I went to the Store before Easter on Thursdayfor groceries shopping and the Store was very busy and I had an amazing experience at the checkout.nnI got a very warm welcome at the checkout and both the staff at the checkout smiled and greeted and that was a genuine welcome and nothing fake about it.nnThe girls nicely packed the groceries in different bags.I love to shop at this Store.nIt makes you feel very special and is always a great experience here.nnI think the operators name is Snigdha D and the terminal number was66723410 at 19:12:12 hours and the other girl helping her at the checkout was equally welcoming and efficient .nnTruely memorable experience and I would request the Store Manager to communicate about the good customer service to both the operators.nnI highly recommend New World at New Lynn.

I always like it here, being neurodiverse I can't manage with the hustle and bustle in Woolworths in the mall. Having this location offers accessible on-site parking and a safe + clean shopping environment. I enjoy their selection of hot deli foods and sweet treats and more premium food selection.nnI'd recommend this supermarket to anyone wanting a quiet and peaceful grocery shopping experience.

Couldn't fault with their catering service. Everything was delicious, packed well and presented beautifully. Would not hesitate to recommend. They went beyond our expectations. Staff were very pleasant and obliging.nGive their catering service a try. You won't be disappointed. AAA+++

Walked in with a can of coke on a Sunday which new world doesn’t sell individually and half way through the store, I had the security guy run up to me telling me I couldn’t bring it into the store without the receipt! Like I would have a receipt for a can of coke. It was very odd and I felt singled out by the security guard. So Ill definitely be shopping New World Greenbay from now on
