Helpful and friendly staff, loads of international products unavailable at other supermarkets, even though some are very expensive $19.99 for 24 pack of Weetabix; they used to be $10 when the English shop sold them. Easy to find products around the store, great selection of most items.nAlso staff can look up your New World club card if you don't have it with you , so you still receive the discounts.nIt's very old school, ie. They pack your bags for you. And customer service is usually great.
Lovely and helpful staff. I dropped some cans and they instantly came for help and offered to get me a new pack instead. Marvelous, kind, considerate and human. Love the staff in this store. They're doing an amazing job.
I have been coming to you for five years. I do not go to my local NW I travel on my mobility scooter from Bishopdale to you . My food bill just for me has risen from $120 to $180 . Just because there is a cost of living problem does not mean you need to up the prices. You are the ones that control that and no body else. Enough is enough you make more than enough money . And work on your customer service . Learn to read the signs when packing the food at the end . I have been coming to you store long enough, If I have spent on average $120 a week for five years for just me that is a lot of money . Why don't you earn it .
Large store, many vegan products - some in sections designated “Plant based”. Bulk food section and refillery station. Self-serve checkout and pleasant cashiers.nCafé inside One 7 Five has some vegan items, including a breakfast wrap and treats.
A great new modern store for the city. Looks clean & fresh. Amazing range of produce. The deli counter has everything you need. And they have a cafe which does a decent cup of coffee.
