I live in Bishopdale so I have my own store there but I choose to shop at Durham Street which is some distance and I do this on my mobility scooter. I buy my meat from Cheryl there well that was lastnThursday. You could say I notice everything and I consider Cheryl a friend so I did not say anything so I left disappointed with my meat because every tray was half the size to what I normally get and I have been coming to your store for three years well until you wake up and smell the roses and think that I won't notice these things I suggest you better buck up your ideas or I will.

Good supermarket, quite the surprising amount of different craft beers. They have 373 different ones at the time of writing this review. A nice addition to their stock.

Had the pleasure of meeting Hamish what an asset he is to the store. Will definitely be going back, the store is so nice and clean and you can't fault the service.nKeep an eye out for Hamish he is bound to put a smile on your face.

I’m from out of town and shopped here last week for a family member with specific requests. It must have been obvious that I was unfamiliar with the supermarket and I was approached by a very polite young man who asked if I needed any help to find what I was looking for. Hamish, I think a grocery manager, went above and beyond to help even with an item NW didn’t stock. Can’t speak highly enough about the customer service from this young man and managed to find all but one of the items on my list. Thanks you Hamish

Large store, many vegan products - some in sections designated “Plant based”. Bulk food section and refillery station. Self-serve checkout and pleasant cashiers.nCafé inside One 7 Five has some vegan items, including a breakfast wrap and treats.
